Video Game Reservation Form

In order to speed up your request, we ask you for details of your reservation up front. Please fill out as much information as you can. You will be contacted shortly after we receive your request.

IMPORTANT: if you have a video game gift certificate, please choose the time package you would like to book, then indicate that you would be "paying" with your certificate. We will contact you to confirm the total gaming time you would like.

You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card to make your booking.

Seven days notice required for the purposes of scheduling.
