- Facility use restricted to the auditorium unless arrangements have been made i.e. birthday party area use.
- Only IMAX Theatre projectionist / staff are permitted to change platforms if required.
- Other food may be brought in with permission from IMAX Theatre (tables available upon request).
- Liquor may not be brought into the facility.
- IMAX Theatre Winnipeg not responsible for lost equipment, personal items.
- IMAX Theatre Winnipeg reserves the right to refuse admittance or, if necessary, end an event due to disruptiveness that is deemed a threat to the safety of the staff, other guests or the facility itself.
