A lonely Snowman lives up in the far North. One day, he falls upon Santa’s Village where the elves are abuzz, creating stacks of toys for the children, in a happy and friendly atmosphere.

The Snowman is astounded: why should Santa keep all that love, good tidings and friendship for himself? That doesn’t seem fair… : Jealous of all this good fortune, he decides to take Santa’s place and win the friendship of the elves and most importantly, the children.

The snowman prepares for a polar feud of epic proportions.  The "battle" that ensues is quite comical with parodies of "Star Wars" when the Snowman assembles troops of snow minions to take over the Village. He wins the first round and succeeds in temporarily removing Santa.

Christmas night arrives and it is now time to distribute the gifts. The Snowman quickly realizes that Santa Claus is not so easily replaced…

The story ends on a happy note as Santa and the Snowman end their feud and decide to cooperate with each other, for the love of the children.
