Free parking in 3 easy steps:

Enter the Portage Place Parkade off Vaughan Street (accessible via Ellice Avenue or Portage Avenue) or Carlton Street (accessible off Ellice Avenue only as it is a one-way street running North to South).

Take ticket from automated dispenser and bring it with you to the IMAX Theatre Winnipeg Box Office. For easiest access to IMAX Theatre Winnipeg and the Portage Place Entertainment Level (third floor), use the entertainment level elevator (pictured above), located on both levels of the parkade, closest to the Carlton Street entrance/exit.

Inform IMAX Theatre Box Office staff at time of ticket purchase that you have parked in the Portage Place Parkade. Our staff will then validate your parking - good for 4 hours from the time you entered the parkade. If you park in the parkade for more than 4 hours, you will be required to pay the difference at one of the paystations before exit.
Large vehicle? Please note the Portage Place Parkade has 6’11" height clearance.
