THE PROMOTION: Visitors who enter the correct answer will be entered in a draw to win a 2 hour video game experience and Nintendo Wii.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. This Promotion begins October 18th, 2007 and ends December 15, 2007. Only one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents Manitoba who prior to the Start Date have an Internet service provider account in good standing with either free Internet access or a flat-monthly fee structure. Void where prohibited by law. Only one entry per person. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of the IMAX Theatre or their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: You must be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address by which an entry is made. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries specifying an invalid or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All entries become the property of Sponsors. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this Promotion, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither Sponsors, their parents, nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries, or lost entries submitted in person. All entries subject to permission marketing. IMAX Theatre Winnipeg retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

PRIZES: The winner will be notified via email they have won. The Prize will be awarded on-site at IMAX Theatre Winnipeg. The IMAX Theatre is not responsible for delivering the prizes and will only award prizes to those how show proof of person at the theatre. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable for a cash amount. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which IMAX Theatre at Portage Place may deem appropriate.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

DRAWING: Winner will be determined by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Promotion Period.

NOTIFICATION: The selected winners will be notified by e-mail. If the prize notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable after three (3) attempts, the selected winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes or none of them, using all entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors or their agents.

GENERAL: This Promotion is subject to all local laws. Void where prohibited. Entrants and winners agree that Sponsors, their parents, affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
